This four-bedroom apartment in a stone façade building built in 1958 has balconies and terraces overlooking Green Park.
LTS was commissioned in this apartment to strip out the existing finishes back to a bare shell. New internal partitions were created to make the best use of the space to form a master bedroom with a dressing room area and en suite bathroom, using predominantly white stone, with a vanity and shower feature wall. Dark wood joinery with mirrored cabinetry and shelving was also incorporated into the design.
These areas feature a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite, and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms – complete with hand-crafted wardrobes – all finished in natural stone and timber.
Dark oak timber flooring was used in the entrance hall and corridors, and a timber halo floor and carpet were installed in the large dining/reception room which opens onto a terrace overlooking Green Park.
The original metal windows were replaced throughout the apartment and a modern finished kitchen and utility room installed, along with a fully-designed mechanical and electrical installation.
The result is a stunning apartment that maximises the building’s position overlooking Green Park.
