Pembridge Place

LTS was awarded both the first and second phase of this project which involved extensive internal and external alterations to a five-storey detached property in London’s Notting Hill.

The structure of the property was completely stripped out internally and at one point only the front and side façades remained. The first phase of the project saw us carrying out the subterranean development of a basement level and sub-basement to accommodate a spa area, gym, games room, swimming pool and car lift. This involved using inclined piles to maximize the basement floor area within the existing boundary and to also safeguard the roots of mature trees on the property. The new triple basement doubled the size of the property.

The second phase included the high-quality finishes throughout the property including: marble bathrooms; timber and marble flooring along with a range of exceptional integrated joinery. The gardens to the front and rear of the building were also completely renewed to include a patio and new planting, all of which can be overseen from the property’s newly-built terrace.

The finished property is a sophisticated, comfortable family home with modern features and outstanding finishes.
